The firm has been been recognized locally for the faithful award winning restoration of a Neo-French Townhouse at 15 East 96th Street, a New York City Landmark, designed by the noted architect Ogden Codman in 1915 considered for designation as a National Historic Landmark.

Other Landmarks Preservation projects include the façade restoration, replacement of decayed structural slabs and waterproofing of roofs and parapets at Doyle Galleries, 15 East 11thStreet, 53 West 11th and 341 West 11th Street.  The firm also has designed and detailed historical restoration of 85 Bedford Street, a group of seven 4-story co-op residence buildings inGreenwich Village with the approval of the Landmark Preservation Commission.

The firm’s consulting experience in restoration also encompasses such varied projects as Pulitzer Fountain on Fifth Avenue at the Plaza Hotel and the Shrine of St. Elizabeth Ann Seton, near Battery Park, as well as educational projects including the Whitby School in Greenwich, CT,Wagner College in Staten Island, NY and Fordham University’s 60th Street campus.
